I don't know why I can't log on sometimes? It will tell me incorrect password and I pretty much have the same password for all my forum/group ids (yes caps is off and yes I am spelling it right lol). Is anyone else having this issue? Yesterday it wouldn't let me on all day. Feedback appreciated! :) thanks. -Ann

I haven't had any problems so far. Maybe they were having an issue with the server that's fixed now? Let us know if you keep having problems and we'll try to figure out what's going on. But I'm hoping it was just a temporary problem.

I notice I am unable to log on in the evenings usually after 6pm (when I get home from work!!). I check the forum in the morning or during lunch and it is fine...but I am using the hospital computers. Now I am wondering if it is a problem with my home computer or a server problem.

If it only happens when you're at home then maybe it's a problem with your home computer. Does this happen with any other message boards at home? Could you possibly have gone for automatic login with the wrong password? It's evening right now, and it let me log in without any problems.

I am not currently active with other message boards. I am still having the same log in problems in the evening. It is 9:25am now and I am able to log on just fine (on home computer).

I guess I will just adapt and do forum stuff in the mornings :)

Mel and I don't have any problem logging in with your info so I suspect that the problem might be on your end, although I'm not sure what would cause it. If you still have problems you might want to contact your internet service to see what they say.

I couldn't find anything that looked wrong on the administration control panel but I've done some experimenting anyway in case it helps. One of the experiments I ran was to "reset" your password to the same password you're currently using, in case the system was somehow confused about what your password was.

If you still have trouble logging in, hitting "I forgot my password" will make the system send you a temporary password that hopefully will let you get in. You can then reset the password by going to User Control Panel>Profile>Edit account settings. You might want to reset your password anyway for privacy.

Are you using automatic login? If you are, you might want to check and make sure your computer is set to allow cookies. I doubt that automatic login would work if it isn't!
